Aprobaciones de excepción. La Unidad de Planeación Minero Energética, UPME, recomendará a la Junta Directiva de la Empresa Colombiana de Gas, Ecogás, los proyectos de infraestructura sometidos a su evaluación que, por su impacto respecto del número de usuarios beneficiados y la demanda de gas esperada, requieran una cofinanciación que supere los 5.000 salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes de que trata el literal e) del artículo 14 del presente decreto.
