Intereses moratorios. En aquellos casos en los cuales se presente el supuesto previsto en el numeral 6° del artículo 3° de la Ley 34 de 1993, los establecimientos de crédito, teniendo en cuenta la forma en que las condiciones señaladas en el artículo 1° de la Ley 34 de 1993 afecten el flujo de ingreso del productor, establecerán condiciones excepcionales para los intereses moratorios con el objeto de facilitar el pago de las obligaciones.
