Los giros por concepto de utilidades de capitales extranjeros invertidos en Colombia y de sus reembolsos se harán por el mercado de capitales, a la tasa de cambio que en él rija al momento de efectuarlos. También se aplicará la tasa del mercado de capitales a las compras que haga el Banco de la República de divisas correspondientes a inversiones extranjeras.
