Las Licencias Sanitarias de Funcionamiento a establecimientos fabricantes de medicamentos y demás productos materia del presente Decreto, se expedirán especificando las áreas de producción y tipo de producto, de acuerdo con la clasificación establecida por el Ministerio de Salud.
