° Una vez adoptados el plan piloto o el plan regulador, los Municipios respectivos no podrán modificarlos, ni variar las normas que los desarrollan, sino con la expresa aceptación de la Junta de Planificación de cada ciudad. Cualquier disposición en contrario será nula.
