Art. 6º. Hecho el trabajo de que trata el artículo anterior, se procederá por el mencionado Ministerio a hacer la liquidación general del caso, que ha de servir de base para la distribución de los veinte mil pesos ($20.000) mensuales destinados por el legislador para el pago e las pensiones gratuitas.
