Solicitud para la expedición . La solicitud para la expedición del carné deberá realizarse por el interesado ante el cuerpo de bomberos al que se encuentra adscrito, incluyendo mínimo la siguiente información

Identificación del solicitante.

Cuerpo de Bomberos al que pertenece.

Grado que ostenta.

Licencia y Certificado Aeromédico vigente, para el caso de los Bomberos Aeronáuticas.

Parágrafo

El aspirante a cualquier carné de bomberos acreditará una edad mínima de dieciocho (18) años.
