Cuando el tiempo de servicio del personal uniformado sea mayor de quince (15) años, la asignación de retiro se aumentará en un cinco por ciento (5%) por cada año o fracción mayor de seis (6) meses, sin que el total pueda pasar del setenta y cinco (75%) por ciento del sueldo mayor devengado en servicio.
