Registro y procedencia de la leche . Las plantas para pulverización únicamente podrán procesar, cuando se trate de leche entera cruda, la procedente de hatos o plantas para enfriamiento que hayan sido previamente inscritos, para cuyos efectos se Indicará su ubicación, nombre del hato o de la planta para enfriamiento y de su representante legal, volumen aproximado de suministro de leche diario a la planta para pulverización, medio de transporte utilizado y cuando sea del caso, categoría que le corresponde.
