El artículo 78 del decreto-ley 1250 de 1970 quedara así: el avaluó oficial de los inmuebles industriales o agrícolas es unitario e incluirá el valor corriente de los bienes a que se refieren los artículos 656 y 657 del código civil. Una vez en firme, el avaluó catastral será oficial y el único atendible en toda clase de diligencias y procesos frente a la administración.
