Rebájase al cuarenta por ciento (40%) el límite del sesenta por ciento (60%) para el pago en bonos de que trata el artículo 12 de la Ley 45 de 1942, con la misma determinación de que cuando la cuota parte que ha de entregarse en bonos exceda de dicho cuarenta por ciento (40%) el excedente se cubrirá en moneda legal.
