°. Restitución de especímenes de especies de fauna y flora silvestres . La restitución de especímenes de especies de fauna y flora silvestre se impondrá como sanción cuando previo estudio técnico, la autoridad ambiental determine que el mismo puede ser reincorporado a su hábitat natural de manera satisfactoria, en los términos consagrados en los artículos 52 y 53 de la Ley 1333 de 2009.
