º Todo individuo del personal de planta de la Armada Nacional, o que preste sus servicios en Comisión en ella, y que durante un año continuo hubiere prestado sus servicios en dicha Arma, tendrá derecho a vacaciones remuneradas, de acuerdo con los términos establecidos por el artículo 31 del Decreto 351 de 1938.
