Solo mediante contrato previo, podrá el productor fonográfico, grabar las obras protegidas por esta Ley, documento que en ningún caso conlleva la cesión del derecho de ejecución en público, cuyos derechos patrimoniales son exclusivamente del autor, artista, intérprete o ejecutante.
