El Instituto podrá celebrar contratos de prestación de servicios técnicos con personas o entidades nacionales o extranjeras especializadas para desempeñar labores de asesoría, según lo disponga la Junta Directiva, con excepción de lo dispuesto en el Artículo 9º de estos, estatutos, las personas que cumplen por estos motivos, se vincularán mediante contrato de trabajo.
