Ley 6 de 1937 · Por la cual se asocia la Nación a la celebración de dos centenarios

Para que los dispuesto en el artículo precedente tenga lugar, el Municipio de Tocaima debe apropiar en cada uno de sus presupuestos de 1937 a 1943, inclusive, el 10 por 100 del monto de ellos con destino a las obras a que se refiere esta Ley.

Parágrafo

El 10 por 100 de que trata este artículo se colocara mensualmente en un banco, en la cuenta que el Municipio abrirá con tal fin. En igual cuenta se irán colocando las sumas que aporte la Nación.

Parágrafo

Estos dineros no podrán invertirse en gastos distintos a los que señala esta Ley.
