A ningún bien o recurso del Sanatorio se le podrá dar destinación distinta a la de servir al cumplimiento de las funciones que le han sido señaladas por la ley o los estatutos, ni el Sanatorio podrá desarrollar actividades o ejecutar actos distintos de los allí previstos.
