º . El artículo 97 del Decreto 2388 de 1979 quedara así: " Artículo 97 . Para Ios efectos previstos en el artículo 44 de Ia Ley 7ª de 1979, el Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar expedirá un certificado general o listado de aportantes con destino a la Dirección General de Impuestos del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, a mas tardar, el 1º de marzo del año siguiente al gravable. La forma y Conteni do de dicho certificado general se determinará por la Dirección General de Impuestos Nacionales".
