Autorízase a los Ministerios de Agricultura y de Fomento para que, por resolución conjunta, establezcan precios mínimos remuneradores para el tabaco de producción nacional, determinen normas sobre clasificación comercial y fijen cuotas de absorción obligatorias, cuando lo consideren necesario y teniendo en cuenta los estudios que sobre el particular adelante el Instituto de Fomento Tabacalero.
