° Las prestaciones sociales del personal que trabaja al servicio de los ferrocarriles nacionales serán las que tenía establecidas el Consejo Administrativo en 30 de junio de 1943. En lo sucesivo no podrán el Gobierno ni el Consejo otorgar a los empleados y obreros de los ferrocarriles concesiones distintas de las que se hagan a los de más empleados y obreros nacionales.
