Los alumnos que hayan sido expulsados de una Universidad no podrán ser matriculados en ninguna Facultad de otra Universidad. Las causales de expulsión serán fijadas por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional, ante el que tendrá recurso de apelación la resolución respectiva.
