ARTICULO 2.4.3.2.26 .- PAGO POR CONSIGNACIÓN DE ARRENDATARIOS. Para los efectos del pago por consignación que efectúen los arrendatarios con arreglo a las disposiciones vigentes, autorizase al Banco Central Hipotecario Para que en sus oficinas y sucursales se reciban válidamente dichos pagos, con los efectos legales consiguientes, sin perjuicio de las funciones que en el mismo sentido cumple el Banco Popular.
