Los respectivos Jueces del Circuito procederán a verificar el avalúo por medio de peritos nombrados por el correspondiente Registrador o Notario y por el respectivo Recaudador o Administrador de Hacienda Nacional, y a efectuar un inventario riguroso de cada una de dichas oficinas, diligencias que serán remitidas a la mayor brevedad posible al Ministerio de Justicia.
