La Nación podrá ceder a favor del Municipio de Chaparral, los derechos de explotación racional de los bosques que se formen en la zona de que trata el artículo primero de la presente Ley, y celebrar con el mismo los acuerdos de cooperación que sean necesarios en la realización de las obras de reforestación y defensa de las aguas de la hoya hidrográfica de la quebrada "Cuira", y su debido aprovechamiento.
