Destínase la suma de ochenta y cuatro mil pesos ($84,000) para auxiliar la construcción del acueducto de la ciudad de Calarcá, Departamento de Caldas, suma que debe incluirse en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia, o tan pronto como lo permita la situación fiscal del Tesoro Público.
