Artículo 17. Declarado inexequible por la sentencia de la Suprema Corte de Justicia del 14 de Diciembre de 1970.

Artículo 17. En todos los casos en que la Constitución o la ley exijan la calidad de abogado titulado para el desempeño de una función pública o para el ejercicio de la profesión, tal requisito se considerará satisfecho, sin reservas, con el titulo de abogado.
