ARTICULO 23. Traslado. Es el acto de autoridad militar o policial competente, por el cual se transfiere el personal civil a una nueva unidad, dependencia o repartición del Ministerio de Defensa o de la Policía Nacional, a fin de que preste sus servicios en ella, estando obligado a cumplirlo.
