El Ministro Tiene Un Secretario Privado Que Es Su Colaborador Inmediato Y Ayudante Personal; Le Corresponde Ejercer Las Siguientes Funciones: Tramitar La Correspondencia Personal Del Ministro Y Aquella Oficial Que No Requiera Actuación Directa De La Secretaría General; A) Servir De Enlace Con Las Personas Que El Ministro Indique; B) Tramitar Las Solicitudes De Audiencias; C) Llevar La Documentación Clasificada Del Despacho Del Ministro Y Responder Por Ella; Y D) Las Demás Que Le Asigne El Ministro

° El Ministro tiene un Secretario privado que es su colaborador inmediato y Ayudante Personal; le corresponde ejercer las siguientes funciones: Tramitar la correspondencia personal del Ministro y aquella oficial que no requiera actuación directa de la Secretaría General

Servir de enlace con las personas que el Ministro indique;

Tramitar las solicitudes de audiencias;

Llevar la documentación clasificada del Despacho del Ministro y responder por ella; y
