Requisitos especiales de la factura . La factura del servicio público de aseo además de los requisitos establecidos en la Ley 142 de 1994 deberá indicar como mínimo la frecuencia de prestación del servicio. Así mismo, el prestador está obligado a entregar oportunamente las facturas a los suscriptores, de conformidad con las normas vigentes y los duplicados cuando a ello haya lugar.
