º. En cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior los funcionarios o juntas designadas por el Ministerio de Comercio e Industrias como sus delegados levantarán las estadísticas correspondientes en cada zona, a efecto de que cubierto el consumo regional autoricen la exportación de excedentes de producción a que se refiere el articulo anterior.
