º A los Representantes del Ministerio de Salud en las Juntas de Beneficencia o Loterías se le aplicarán las inhabilidades e incompatibilidades de que trata el Código de Régimen Departamental, Capítulo IV, artículos 289, 290, 291, 292, 294, 295, 296, 297 y 298.
Parágrafo
La Representación del Ministerio de Salud no podrá ser desempeñada, en ningún caso, por quienes ejerciten funciones de control, inspección o vigilancia sobre las Juntas de Beneficencia, las Loterías las entidades constituidas por asociación entre las mismas.
