Artículo tercero. En vista del gran número de asuntos que están pendientes de concepto en el Tribunal de Gracia de la jurisdicción ordinaria, la Comisión Especial de Rehabilitación queda autorizada para prorrogar sus funciones a partir del 1° de enero de 1960, por un tiempo prudencial que no excederá de tres meses.
