Actas de certificación. Una vez certificado un Departamento, de encontrarse procedente, la Nación-Ministerio de Salud y el respectivo Departamento firmarán un acta en donde se establezca claramente las obligaciones de las partes y la entrega de bienes, elementos y de personal, si fuere del caso.
