Art. 7°. El Poder Ejecutivo, de acuerdo con los Gobiernos de los Estados del Cauca, Bolívar y Magdalena, dictará los reglamentos que estime convenientes respecto de esta ley en la parte que á cada uno de dichos Estados se refiere, y en el Presupuesto para la próxima vigencia económica se considerará incluida la suma que su ejecucion exacta requiere.
