Aclárase que la destinación hecha en el artículo 1°, ordinal 306 de la Ley 116 de 1959 , en cuantía de veinte mil pesos ($ 20.000.00), no corresponde a obras de acueducto, sino a las de electrificación del Municipio de Firavitoba (Boyacá). En consecuencia, el Instituto de Fomento Municipal entregará estos fondos al Instituto de Aprovechamiento de Aguas y Fomento Eléctrico.
