Aprópiese para atender a los gastos de los Establecimientos Públicos Nacionales durante el año fiscal del 1° de enero al 31 de diciembre de 1976, una suma igual a la calculada para los ingresos, o sea la cantidad de cuarenta y dos mil novecientos cuarenta y seis millones noventa y un mil doscientos ochenta y nueve pesos ($42.246.091.289) moneda legal, distribuida institucionalmente, así:
