Las Comisiones Cuartas de Senado de la República y Cámara de Representantes elegirán de su seno una subcomisión encargada de verificar el cumplimiento de la transformación de Satena ordenada en la presente ley. Dicha subcomisión rendirá informes semestrales sobre los avances de la transformación ante las respectivas comisiones constitucionales permanentes.
