° . El artículo 7 del Decreto 2295 de 1996, quedará así: Término para solicitar el Régimen. Para obtener la autorización de tránsito aduanero deberá presentarse la solicitud dentro de los siguientes términos

Cinco (5) días hábiles siguientes al descargue total de la mercancía cuando esta arribe por vía marítima o fluvial;

Dos (2) días hábiles siguientes al descargue total de la mercancía cuando ésta arribe por vía aérea;

Dentro del día hábil siguiente al arribo de la mercancía al paso de frontera cuando ésta arribe por vía terrestre. La solicitud de tránsito aduanero deberá ser resuelta por el funcionario competente dentro del día hábil siguiente a su presentación por parte del declarante.
