ARTICULO 557 . Concepto de la Corte . Vencido el término anterior, la Corte emitirá concepto. El concepto negativo de la Corte Suprema de Justicia obligará al Gobierno; pero si fuere favorable a la extradición, lo dejará en libertad de obrar según las conveniencias nacionales.
