Las cooperativas, los titulares de sus órganos de administración y vigilancia y los liquidadores, serán responsables por los actos u omisiones que impliquen el incumplimiento de las normas legales y estatutarias y se harán acreedores a las sanciones que más adelante se determinan, sin perjuicio de lo establecido en otras disposiciones.
