°. Consejo de la Distinción al Mérito “Esmeralda Arboleda Cadavid”. Créase el Consejo de la Distinción al Mérito “Esmeralda Arboleda Cadavid”, en adelante el Consejo, el cual estará integrado por

1.

La o el Vicepresidente de la República, quien lo presidirá.

2.

La o el Consejero(a) Presidencial para la Equidad de la Mujer.

3.

La o el Director(a) del Departamento Nacional de Planeación, o su delegado. ·

Parágrafo

La o el Consejero(a) Presidencial para la Equidad de la Mujer, actuará como Secretario del Consejo.
