ARTICULO 163. Simulación de investidura o cargo. El que únicamente simulare investidura o cargo público o fingiere pertenecer a la fuerza pública, incurrirá en arresto de seis (6) meses a un (1) año. La pena se aumentará hasta en una tercera parte si para cometer el hecho el agente utilizare uniforme, prenda o insignia de uso privativo de la fuerza pública.
