Artículo diez y siete . Al dictar las reglamentaciones de control fiscal que le corresponde sobre las actividades agrícolas y ganaderas tales como siembras, fumigaciones, recolección y de más operaciones, la Contraloria General de la República dará las mayores facilidades a fin de que no sufran perjuicios y demoras en la producción.
