Prohibición para los promotores. Los promotores de las sociedades administradoras del Sistema General de Pensiones se abstendrán de compartir o entregar al afiliado, directa o indirectamente de manera propia, o en su caso, por conducto de sus subordinadas, porcentaje alguno –incluso en especie– de la comisión ordinaria que por su labor de promoción de afiliaciones se hubiere pactado como remuneración en el respectivo convenio.
