TARIFA SOBRE PAGOS POR ARRENDAMIENTO DE MAQUINARIA. La retención en la fuente aplicable a los pagos al exterior por concepto de arrendamiento de maquinaria para construcción, mantenimiento, o reparación de obras civiles que efectúen los constructores colombianos en desarrollo de contratos que hayan sido objeto de licitaciones públicas internacionales, será del 2% del respectivo pago.
