Vigencia y derogatorias. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, y deroga las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, especialmente los Decretos 2975 de 2004, 3367 de 2004, 4763 de 2005, 3847 de 2005, 855 de 2009 y los artículos 1°, 2° y 4° del Decreto 2341 de 2012.
