Suspensión La suspensión en el ejercicio de sus funciones y atribuciones de un Oficial o Suboficial debe decretarse por el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional o el director General de la Policía, según el caso, a solicitud de la autoridad competente que haya proferido el auto de detención preventiva y con el fin de hacer esta posible.
