REEMPLAZOS: Los miembros de las Juntas Administradoras Locales no tendrán suplentes y sus faltas absolutas serán llenadas por los candidatos no elegidos, según el orden de inscripción en la lista correspondiente.

Constituyen faltas absolutas de los miembros de las Juntas Administradoras Locales, su muerte, su renuncia aceptada, la declaratoria de nulidad de la elección y la decisión de autoridad competente que los prive del derecho a ejercer funciones públicas.
