º Cuando la investigación disciplinaria se adelante por el Procurador Delegado para la Policía Nacional, en uso de la facultad que le confiere la Ley 25 de 1974, se observarán los procedimientos de dicha ley. En este caso, el Procurador Delegado deberá dar aviso de su iniciación al superior jerárquico del inculpado.
