º Para facilitar al Estado soberano de Bolívar el cumplimiento del compromiso que contrajo con la Compañía de navegación por vapor del Dique y río Magdalena, en virtud del contrato de 8 de Abril de 1882, sobre navegación del Dique y favorecer ésta en beneficio del comercio nacional, se exime á la dicha Compañía de pagar derechos de importación por los útiles, materiales, aparatos, maquinarias, buques y enseres para armarios, y en general todos los elementos que introduzca para aplicarlos á la navegación del Dique y río Magdalena
